Personal Training is what I mostly do day in, day out. It is this PERSONAL aspect that really gets you the most benefit out of training with me, whatever your goal may be. Allowing me to concentrate 100% on a single person allows me to get to know you and your limiting factors the best. All the better to help you break through them!
For each 1-1 Personal Training Client the journey begins with a FREE Breakthrough Session. These are designed to help me understand you, your TRUE goals/targets, and what's holding you back from achieving them. I'll ask you some important questions, and come up with an individual action plan for you at no cost.
